Delivery can be split between two categories, 'stock items' and 'made to order items'.

Carpet Sets are all 'made to order items'

Stock items - UK: (for carpet sets please see below)

Orders placed before noon and in stock are dispatched the same day.  This relates to items such as carpet on or off the roll, car covers, vinyl, glue, thread etc.

Most UK parcels are currently dispatched using Parcelforce.  Whilst this is not a guaranteed next day service 98% of parcels are delivered on the next working day*.  Larger items may be dispatched on a 48L service.
* However, deliveries to the following postcodes are surcharged, may take longer and be delivered with a different courier:
All IV, KW1-14
PA34, PA37-39
PH19-41
PH49-50
All offshore islands and Channel Islands
Typical prices for UK delivery are £15.00 mainland areas or £30 for surcharged areas above.
* due to courier changes some large and/or long length parcels are now sent on a 48hr service.  

Stock Items - Overseas:

If you are overseas please allow 72 hours for dispatch.  We use a variety of couriers for this.  Parcels are shipped worldwide daily, we have a lot of experience in this and will be able to answer any queries or doubts you may have about overseas shipping.

Rep. Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands - £28
Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Spain - £35
Norway, Switzerland - £35
Rest of Europe except Cyprus and Malta - £35

Rest of the world e.g. USA, Canada, Australia etc. please contact us for a quote.  Price based on  final weigh and dimensions of finished parcel.

Made to order items - UK and Overseas:

These relate to items that have to be made such as carpet sets.  These are hand-made to order on site, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.  Waiting times vary throughout the year and at very busy periods may take longer.
